The business unit undertakes projects across the healthcare, education, retirement living and industrial sectors valuing between -20mil - -100mil+. Projects are a mix of JCT and NEC forms of contract, and are often directly awarded. As a result of a busy upcoming pipeline of work, they''re now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final account, reporting into the Commercial Manager.
