About the role of Quantity Surveyor

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the team of a family run house builder based in the South East who focus on projects valued between 10-30 units. They have been in the construction industry for over 15 years and are currently in the process of expanding their offices.

They are seeking commercial support on 2 upcoming projects, one valued at -6m and another at -2m. You will be office based in Meopham 5 days a week with occasional site visits. You will be joining a business looking to continue their steady growth and own the majority of their sites.

Key Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

• Help with measuring packages
• Chase quotations
• Handle subcontractor payments
• Assist with programming
• Handle budgets
• Help with tenders
• Complete valuations at the end of the month

Key Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

• Live within commutable distance to Meopham
• Experience at a house builder managing the whole construction process from procurement to final accounts
• Ideally degree educated in a construction related subject
• UK drivers licence
