About the role of Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a specialist facades and cladding subcontractor with a turnover of over -90mill. They are currently involved in a huge city - shaping project in Cardiff alongside a huge tier 1 main contractor. They have developed and tested a custom acoustic ceiling cassette produce, fabricating over 500 units off site.

They are looking for a facades experienced Surveyor with a degree and to be within commutable distance to Cardiff.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

• Issuing subcontractor tender enquiries and evaluating returned quotations
• Procuring subcontractors and materials
• Working closely with estimating, design and procurement teams.
• Prepare and submit client valuations and applications for payment

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor

• Facades or cladding experience
• Main contractor or subcontractor experience
• Degree qualified
• Live withing commutable distance to Cardiff
