Quantity Surveyor - Facades & Cladding

I''m currently working with a specialist fa-ade contractor who is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of fa-ade packages, taking commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.

The Role:

• Managing the commercial aspects of multiple fa-ade projects
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Procuring subcontractors and negotiating packages
• Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance
• Managing client relationships and commercial meetings
• Supporting the wider project delivery team

What I''m Looking For:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within fa-ades, cladding or the building envelope sector
• Strong understanding of commercial processes
• Experience with subcontract procurement and contract administration
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple live projects

What''s On Offer:

• -60,000 - -80,000 salary depending on experience
