HQ based in Kent. The Role - Quantity Surveyor (Fa ade/Cladding) My client are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. The role will be a mixture of office, site and home working (x1 day from home) Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts Confident with Main Contract administration; valuations, variations and final account Experience providing cost reporting and forecasting Knowledge of procurement, cost control and JCT Contracts Excellent commercial acumen and communications skills Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred) Fa ade remediation / recladding project experience preferable This role offers the opportunity to lead on complex fa ade projects, with strong career progression.
