This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to play a key role across the full commercial lifecycle of refurbishment projects, from tender stage through to final account. Projects are primarily commercial refurbishments delivered for public sector organisations, local authorities, and facilities management clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and competitive tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to accurately price works.
