Job Title: Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Company Vehicle Job Summary: Fusion People is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join an expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware professional to play a key role in pricing and securing projects across a diverse range of works. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and tender submissions, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality proposals and support the ongoing growth of the business. Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed and professional quotations for minor works projects based on client specifications - Produce tender submissions from drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities for projects valued up to £2 million - Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value and service - Manage multiple estimates and tender submissions simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met - Analyse project costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability while remaining competitive - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors - Support the retention of existing clients while helping to identify and secure new business opportunities - Undertake any additional duties as required to support the ..... full job details .....
