Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team in Altrincham.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be responsible for:Preparing competitive estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projectsProducing detailed quantity take-offs and cost plans from drawings and specificationsProcuring subcontractors and obtaining competitive supplier quotationsManaging the commercial aspects of projects from tender stage through to final accountPreparing interim valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accountsProducing CVRs, cost reports, and commercial ..... full job details .....
