Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their commercial team based in Wigan.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, you will be responsible for:Managing the commercial aspects of fit-out and roll-out projects from tender through to final accountPreparing accurate estimates and competitive tender submissionsProducing detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specificationsProcuring subcontractors and obtaining competitive supplier quotationsPreparing interim valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accountsProducing CVRs, cost reports, and commercial forecastsIdentifying commercial risks and value ..... full job details .....
