This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute professional to take ownership of the estimating function, attending sites to scope, measure, cost and quote works across small, medium and large refurbishment and repairs projects. The role will also incorporate a wider quantity surveying function, including valuations, variations, cost reporting, procurement and final accounts. The Role You will work closely with Site Managers, operational teams, clients and stakeholders to provide accurate, commercially robust estimates and fully priced scopes of works. Key responsibilities will include: Attending sites across London to scope, survey and measure works. Preparing accurate estimates and quotations using NHF Schedule of Rates Version 8 , internal SORs and benchmarked London rates.
