Ideally with these attributes o CVRs/Valuationso Live within easy travelling of Birmingham areao Dealing with direct labour and timesheetso Schedules of Rateso Formal qualifications or surveyor trainingo Any exposure to Painting/ Decoratingo Estimating / Measuring and applying rates Ideally they are looking for Quantity Surveyor with experience dealing and working with direct labour teams of people , time sheets etc .
