You will help manage project costs, contracts, and commercial documentation to ensure efficient and compliant delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentsMonitor project costs and issue financial reportsManage variations, valuations, and final accountsLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersSupport procurement and contract administrationMaintain accurate commercial recordsSkills and ExperienceExperience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or civil engineeringStrong cost planning, measurement, and commercial management skillsKnowledge of standard contract formsStrong numerical, analytical, and communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial softwareQualificationsDegree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related ..... full job details .....
