An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading retrofit contractor based in Hamilton working on multiple projects within the central belt, managed from Hamilton. The Quantity Surveyor will work in a positive working environment where teamwork, transparency and customer service are key. The Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience of commercial, industrial and residential construction project experience. Within this Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will seek to minimise the cost and risk of a construction project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality. This includes ensuring statutory building regulations are met.
