Key Responsibilities Project Cost Management: Oversee all cost management activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring budgets are accurately forecasted, monitored, and controlled.Procurement and Subcontractor Management: Prepare tender packages, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and negotiate terms to ensure value for money and timely delivery of specialist packages.Valuations and Variations: Prepare interim valuations, assess variations, and manage change control processes to maintain commercial control and support prompt client and subcontractor payments.Contract Administration: Administer contracts (JCT or similar), ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Produce accurate cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts, providing the commercial team and senior management with up-to-date financial insights and risk assessments.Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and ..... full job details .....
