The position is for an East Midlands Main-Contractor working in the following sectors

• Residential
• Commercial
• Education
• Civils

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Valuations
• Variations
• CRM's
• Cost reporting
• Contract administration
• Purchase orders. 
• Checking Out Design

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role are:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Autonomously running projects
• Dealing with sub-contractors
