Quantity Surveyor

EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Quantity Surveyor position for and on behalf of one of our clients. 

Our client are a renowned regional construction consultancy who work on some exclusive projects with high end clients.

The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
• Pre-construction procurement and tendering advice. 
• Cost reporting
• Contract administration
• Checking Out Design

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role are:

• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Autonomously running projects
• Dealing with clients. 
• MRICS or nearly chartered.
