Our client are a renowned regional construction consultancy who work on some exclusive projects with high end clients. The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: Valuations Variations Cost reporting Pre-construction procurement and tendering advice. Cost reporting Contract administration Checking Out Design Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor role are: Minimum of 4 years experience Autonomously running projects Dealing with clients.
