The position is for an established Swindon based Main-Contractor who work on projects and maintenance within the public housing sector The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities: Pricing projects on schedule of rate Tendering Bid writing Valuations Variations Requirements for the role are: Minimum of 5 years experience.
