The role will involve working across a portfolio of- clean water and wastewater schemes , including: Rising mains New water main reinforcements and replacements Shaft construction works Storm storage schemes Minor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from inception through to final account. Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Administer subcontractor procurement, payments, variations, and final accounts. Manage change control, compensation events, and contractual notifications. Support project teams in identifying and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and company procedures. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams to maximise project performance.
