Quantity Surveyor - Drylining

Our client is a large specialist sub-contractor based in Ilford.They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience within a subcontractor environment and with knowledge of Dry Lining, Steel Framing Systems (SFS), Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering, Screeding, Rendering and Fire Stopping.

This-role involves Drylining Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities & Duties.-Tracking costs and labour through the project.-Preparing costs for variations.Producing monthly valuations. Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & Labour costs efficiency through the project.Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account.-
