HU7 0DG Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break Salary: Dependant on experience Closing Date: 8 June 2026 Role Overview Reporting to the Managing Surveyor and Contracts Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery, across a range of projects generally valued between -200k and -10m, whilst ensuring compliance to all legal and quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor will also be required to support cost development and commercial management during the pre-construction phase of projects as necessary, particularly those with which are developed on a two-stage or negotiated basis.
