HU7 0DG Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.00am-5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break Salary: Dependant on experience Closing Date: 8 June 2026 Role Overview Reporting to the Managing Surveyor and Contracts Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery, across a range of projects generally valued between 200k and 10m, whilst ensuring compliance to all legal and quality standards. The Quantity Surveyor will also be required to support cost development and commercial management during the pre-construction phase of projects as necessary, particularly those with which are developed on a two-stage or negotiated basis.
