We represent a main contractor who offers a first class building service to both the private and public funded sectors. The company enjoys a gilded history with an impressive array of past schemes that form its portfolio of new build, restoration, refurbishments and fit out projects. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved on schemes from £1m - £12m in value, office based will undertake both pre and post contract commercial duties. Responsibilities will include: Sub-contract procurement for all project packages Management of subcontract accounts. Negotiation of sub-contract terms and conditions. Monthly valuations Profit planning. Identification and valuation of variations. Claims notification and generation. Detailed monthly cost / value reporting.
