This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong pipeline of long-term work and opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities: Manage the commercial aspects of civil engineering projects. Administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Prepare monthly CVRs, cost forecasts and financial reports. Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments. Identify and manage variations, early warnings and compensation events. Prepare applications for payment and negotiate final accounts. Monitor project budgets, costs and commercial risks. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
