What you''ll be involved in:

• Commercial management across project lifecycles
• Cost control, valuations, and financial reporting
• Contract administration and commercial compliance
• Working closely with operational and project delivery teams
• Supporting project profitability and commercial performance

What we''re looking for:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction projects
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work within fast-paced project environments
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
