This Quantity Surveyor-Role Will Include:

* Managing project costs, budgets and financial performance.

* Preparing and managing monthly CVRs, cost reports and commercial forecasts.

* Monitoring project expenditure, margins and cash flow.

The Ideal Quantity Surveyor Will Have:

* Experience within the construction industry-

* Previous experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors-

* UK Driving license-
