Unlike larger organisations, this position offers the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of project pricing and cost management, working closely with Directors, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.The successful candidate will be based in the office and will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProducing accurate tenders and estimates for domestic and commercial construction projects.Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.Sourcing and negotiating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.Preparing budgets and cost plans.Monitoring project costs and profitability.Managing variations and additional works.Preparing subcontract packages and procurement schedules.Liaising directly with clients, ..... full job details .....
