With a strong focus on design, quality, sustainability, and long-term value, they are delivering an exciting pipeline of new-build developments and are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.The RoleThis is a commercially focused position responsible for the procurement, management, and administration of subcontract packages across one or more construction projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in subcontract procurement, contract administration, commercial management, and risk mitigation, ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and commercial objectives.Working closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, you will oversee the full subcontract lifecycle from tender stage through to final account and project closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement and Subcontract ManagementPrepare and issue tender packages to subcontractors.Lead commercial evaluations and benchmarking exercises.Review and assess subcontractor bids, making recommendations for award.Undertake commercial and contractual negotiations.Draft and manage subcontract agreements.Ensure all subcontracts include appropriate back-to-back contractual provisions and risk ..... full job details .....
