Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Marylebone.This is an excellent opportunity to work on prestigious, design-led projects within a collaborative and quality-driven environment.The RoleThe Quantity Surveyor will support the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring financial control and contractual compliance throughout.You will work closely with senior commercial staff, project managers and site teams to support the successful delivery of high-specification developments.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the commercial management of high-end residential and mixed-use projectsPreparing and submitting valuations and applications for paymentManaging variations and change control processesSupporting subcontractor procurement and package managementAssisting with cost forecasting and CVR reportingSupporting final account negotiationsLiaising with subcontractors, consultants and project teamsIdentifying commercial risks and opportunitiesRequirementsExperience as an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity SurveyorBackground working ..... full job details .....
