This is a long-term opportunity on a prestigious development, with works expected to continue well into 2027/2028.Senior Site Quantity SurveyorThe successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day commercial management of the project, overseeing trade packages, valuations, variations, instructions, cost control and final accounts.Key Responsibilities:Commercial management of multiple trade packagesManaging variations, change control and valuationsReviewing and negotiating subcontractor accountsUndertaking measurements and take-offsMaintaining commercial records and reportingSupporting procurement activitiesManaging and mentoring an Assistant QSWorking closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractorsRequirements:Proven Quantity Surveying experience within constructionStrong knowledge of valuations, variations and final accountsExperience working on refurbishment, heritage, high-end residential or complex building projects advantageousExcellent measurement and commercial management skillsAbility to operate effectively within a fast-paced site environmentAssistant Site Quantity SurveyorWorking alongside the Senior QS, you will support the commercial management of ..... full job details .....
