Our client is a rapidly growing business specialising in property services and retrofit works across the public sector. With turnover doubling year-on-year, they offer a dynamic environment and clear progression into management roles.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value from -250k to -6m. Projects are typically long-term (2-3 years) and based within the public sector. You will play a key role in commercial management, including cost control, reporting, and some pricing responsibilities. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive and ambitious individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial aspects of multiple projects
• Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control
• Support pricing and tendering activities
• Work closely with operational teams and stakeholders
• Attend site 1-2 times per week

Requirements:

• Experience as a QS within property services, refurbishment, or retrofit
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Driven, ambitious, and hands-on approach
