Quantity Surveyor Location: (Bicester and surrounding areas)Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role involves a balance of office-based tasks, site visits, and remote work, giving you flexibility while staying connected to the core team.Key Responsibilities:Track project progress and flag any changes that may affect budget or timelinesWork with Contract Managers to understand and deliver against project specificationsProcess and approve subcontractor payments accurately and on timeSupport budget control and financial forecasting for ongoing worksSubmit monthly valuations and applications for payment to the client or their representativeEnsure timely invoicing and payment collectionAttend internal and external meetings, contributing insight and fostering strong relationshipsPlay a role in procurement, supporting the tendering and estimating process as neededWhat You''ll Get in Return:A ..... full job details .....
