This is a commercial role covering a range of residential property works , including voids, cladding and fa-ade projects. CVR experience is essential , with Coin Accountancy experience highly desirable. The Role Commercial management of residential works from instruction through to completion. Manage budgets, forecasts, CVRs and overall commercial performance. Review subcontractor valuations, applications, variations and final accounts. Review scopes, specifications and pricing to ensure value for money. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Work closely with operational and surveying teams to maintain cost and programme control. Undertake site inspections where required. Provide accurate commercial reporting to senior management.
