Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (MEP)Location: Central London Employment Type: Permanent Salary: £60k to £70k per annum About the Role We are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP experience to join our growing commercial team. You will play a key role in delivering high-value, technically complex projects across specialist sectors, taking responsibility for commercial management from pre-construction through to final account, while working closely with project and senior commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of MEP packages across the full project lifecycle Cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting Procurement and subcontractor management Valuations, variations, and change control Contract administration and risk management Supporting project delivery teams to achieve commercial targets Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Sectors We operate across technically demanding sectors, including: Commercial Fit-Out Data Centres Shell and Core Infrastructure Life Sciences Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP / building services Strong understanding of full mechanical and electrical packages Experience working on large-scale or technically complex projects Ability to manage projects commercially from start to finish Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Locations and Travel Majority of projects based in Central London Regional work based out of ..... full job details .....
