We''re partnering with a growing residential construction specialist in London who are making waves in the high-end refurbishment market. With projects ranging up to -3m, this is a great chance for a Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just numbers on a spreadsheet, you''ll be hands-on, client-facing, and central to the success of each build.

Location: Office - Victoria/Westminster | Sites - Central, West & North London
Salary: -60,000 - -70,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

What we''re looking for:

• Previous experience as a QS within residential construction (developer, main contractor, or D&B background).
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and contracts across multiple live projects.
