Quantity Surveyor

My client are a high end residential developer in the South East of England.

Looking for a Quantity Surveyor with new build development experience.

You will be responsible for managing the expenditure for each site and ensuring that targets are met by managing and controlling the budgets and valuations on multiple sites that may be complex due to the type of construction, programme, phases and use.
