Quantity Surveyor

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor.-

Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who are one of the UK''s leading Construction and Property Development businesses.-

My client have recently secured a new project in Plymouth, that they will be running from their Bristol office. Due to this, they are happy to consider candidates from either area, willing to commute and split their working week. Dependant on business needs, you will be required to attend the Bristol Office, attend site in Plymouth, but also have the flexibility to work from home when suitable.-

The ideal candidate for the role will have good Main Contractor experience and where-possible for Tier 1 history. You will also come from a Degree qualified background.-

You will have support in the form of an existing Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Commercial Manager.
