A modern, employee first and growing Cost and Project Management consultancy are looking to add ambitious Quantity Surveyors to their team near Covent Garden, London.

The Quantity Surveyor''s Role

You would be working on Residential, Commercial and Hotel projects but 70% of their work is Residential. Running projects from concept to completion and also acting as EA on some projects.

If you have not got your MRICS, this company can fully support you with your APC.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Team focused, confident, professional
