Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our Client based on a project in Oxford. This is a freelance / self-employed position and is available to start ASAP.

Our client is ideally looking for someone on a full time basis to be based on their site, this project should run for a minimum of 3/4 months.

Some of your duties will include:-

• Managing accounts and making payments to sub-contractors
• Procuring sub-contractor packages, pre-start and place orders
• Raising client invoices
• Preparation and agreement of final account
• Liaise closely with CM, PM & SM to ensure cost control is undertaken
• Update procurement schedule and make sure in line with operations team
