Quantity Surveyor

This well-established commercial builder has become a leader in delivering specialist commercial projects ranging from -1m to -25m. With a strong reputation for quality and long-standing relationships with blue-chip clients, the majority of their work comes through repeat business, providing a stable and consistent pipeline of projects.

Due to planned growth, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Glasgow.

The Role

You''ll play a key part in the commercial management of projects, working closely with site teams and senior management to drive performance and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full commercial management of projects
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• Valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaising with site and project teams to optimise commercial outcomes
• Reporting to senior commercial management

About You

• Proven experience within general contracting
• Ideally 34 years'' post-graduate experience (less considered for right person candidates)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
