QUANTITY-SURVEYOR-SOCIAL-HOUSING-REFURBISHMENT

A-leading-and-well-established-social-housing-refurbishment-main-contractor-are-seeking-an-experienced-Quantity-Surveyor.-The-Quantity-Surveyor-will-be-working-out-of-their-South-East-London-office-reporting-into-the-Managing-Quantity-Surveyor-and-Managing-Director.-Projects-that-the-Quantity-Surveyor-will-be-working-on-will-be-mainly-schedule-of-rates:

DUTIES:

• Supporting-the-Commercial-Lead-in-contract-cost-management
• Production-of-monthly-updated-CVRs-for-each-project
• Weekly-measurement-and-valuation-validations-
• Procurement-and-management-of-supply-chains
• Maintaining-the-commercial-risk-register
• Cost-analysis-and-cost-reduction-initiatives
• Contract-reviews-and-cost-analysis

ABOUT-YOU:

• Professional-Quantity-Surveyor-qualifications
• Proven-relevant-experience,-with-a-high-level-of-commercial-awareness
• Ability-to-analyse-problems-and-offer-solutions
• Extensive-experience-in-managing-supply-chain-accounts-and-valuations
• Experience-in-risk-management-to-support-operational-teams
• Good-communication-and-problem-solving-skills
• Excellent-IT-skills-(Excel,-Word,-Powerpoint)
