Reginald Gray is continuing to partner with a long-standing client based in Oxfordshire. The business is a highly regarded -5m turnover principal contractor with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.

Due to continued growth and internal promotion, our client is now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the business. The successful individual will report directly to the newly promoted General Manager, whom we originally placed with the company six years ago. We are keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors of varying levels, from Assistant through to Project level.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, well-run contractor delivering bespoke, high-specification residential schemes, with clear opportunity for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project costs from inception through to final account
  • Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparation and agreement of valuations and variations
  • Cost reporting and financial management of projects
  • Working closely with the site team to ensure commercial success

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Experience working on high-end or bespoke projects is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
