Due to continued growth the position of Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our client who have secured a new build residential scheme in South Yorkshire.

This is a full-time office/site based role and a fantastic opportunity to join a career enhancing company where you will be a welcomed member of the wider commercial and site teams.

Role Requirements

Our client is looking to speak with candidates at Quantity Surveyor level.

You will lead your own projects and work with contract administration, bids and tenders as well as managing contractors and sub-contractors.

Projects ranging from £2m - £10m in value.

• Measurement, pricing and evaluation of tenders

• Producing and submitting applications/invoices for payment

• Maximising value and minimising costs

• Working to tight deadlines

• Attending pre-let and post contract meetings

• Managing and mentoring junior staff members
