Quantity Surveyor

My client who are a reputable enabling contractor are-currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to assist with-delivering complex strip-out, structural alterations, demolition, groundworks and ground investigation packages. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally based in the Thames Valley, to oversee the commercial management of multiple schemes across the South of the UK. You will be responsible for cost planning, measurement, valuations, procurement, subcontractor accounts and ensuring projects achieve commercial targets while meeting all contractual obligations. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work closely with site teams. Competitive package with genuine career progression
