Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:

Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor from a sub-contractor background to join a growing specialist drylining/drywall contractor working alongside Tier 1 businesses throughout London. Experience with drylining packages, as well as JCT and NEC contracts is ideal.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:

• Pricing and managing change/variations.
• Site Meetings and responsible for the day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Working through from first stage tender process, all the way through to completion and final accounts.

Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:

• 3+ years'' experience within a construction quantity surveying position at a sub-contractor.
• Experience as a site No.1.
• JCT and NEC contract experience.
• Ideally experience managing drylining packages.
• Quantity surveying degree or a similar construction-based qualification.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with co-workers and management.
