We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in one of our most iconic schemes to date. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work on high-profile projects while developing their career with an employer that genuinely values internal progression and professional development. The Project starts later this year so you have the opportunity to work on this project from incpetion to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of the project

• Subcontractor procurement and management

• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control

• Valuations, variations and final accounts

• Liaising with the site team and senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contracting

• Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, Tier One contracting environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
