Quantity Surveyor - Docklands

Our client, a leading commercial M&E and fit-out contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team on a major construction project in Canary Wharf. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience working on multi-million-pound building and construction projects from start through to final account.
• Interpret and understand client requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and overall project scope.
• Collaborate with design, estimating, and operations teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Utilise strong IT skills to manage project data and documentation effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

• Salary: -80,000 - -90,000 (dependent on experience)
