Quantity Surveyor

My client are a leading civil engineering specialist. They are looking to onboard a quantity surveyor to help deliver civil engineering and groundworks schemes across the UK. You''ll be based on site in Leeds.-

Quantity Surveyor-Responsibilities:-

• Budgeting & Cost estimating.-
• Drafting-and managing contracts.-
• Controlling and monitoring cost.-
• Liaising with clients / main contractors.-
• Daily meetings with internal commercial team.-

Quantity Surveyor-Requirements:-

• Degree in quantity surveying.-
• 3-5 years experience as a quantity surveyor on civils / groundworks schemes.-
