The Role

You''ll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Preparing valuations and applications for payment
• Pricing variations and additional works
• Managing subcontractor invoices, claims, and payment notices
• Supporting tenders, budgets, and cost control to maximise margins
• Attending pre-contract meetings and negotiating terms
• Providing commercial support to Project Managers on live sites
• Regularly updating budgets and producing financial reports for the board

What''s on Offer

• Salary of -35,000 - -60,000 (DOE)
• Monday to Friday (Flexibility for Home Working)
• Company Vehicle (Package Negotiable)
• Private Healthcare
• 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays)
• Full handover and support from start date

About You

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within drylining, interiors, or construction is highly desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident communicator with subcontractors, clients, and colleagues
