Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a well-established super-prime residential contractor delivering high-end refurbishment and bespoke new build homes across Prime Central London. Their projects are predominantly in the North London and they turnover circa -40m annually.-

• Full-structural-reconfiguration-and-luxury-fit-out-of-a-penthouse-apartment
• High-specification-fit-out-of-multiple-lateral-apartments

Our client is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in London. You will support the commercial delivery of super prime refurbishment and bespoke new build residential schemes valued up to -20m, working closely with a Senior QS and project teams.-

The role offers strong exposure across the project lifecycle, developing commercial capability while contributing to cost control and procurement on high-quality residential projects.

Responsibilities-include:

• Supporting commercial delivery of high-end residential projects from procurement through to final account
• Assisting with procurement of specialist trade packages and high-specification finishes
• Preparing-cost-plans,-cashflows,-and-monthly-commercial-reports
• Monitoring-costs-and-supporting-forecasting-of-project-performance
• Assessing subcontractor applications and preparing payment recommendations
• Assisting-with-variations-and-client-driven-design-changes
• Supporting-agreement-of-subcontractor-final-accounts
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and internal procedures
